My Story
My journey in Physical Therapy started in 2010. I was 19 years old and looking for a second job to help support myself through undergraduate school. By chance, I landed a position as a Physical Therapy Aide at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia. Within a few weeks, I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life: empower people through health and wellness to live happier, healthier lives and make the most of them.
I practice Physical Therapy the way a professional athlete practices their sport. For more than a decade, I have relentlessly worked to develop my skillset and ultimately became one of the 1% of Physical Therapists who are fellowship-trained. Along the way, I have been at the forefront of incorporating diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound into Physical Therapy to better identify injuries and guide more precise care. I have completed advanced vestibular training and certifications through multiple organizations, including Duke University, and have worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2016.
Sports science and human performance are deeply ingrained in the way I practice Physical Therapy. Growing up playing Tier 1 hockey for the Philadelphia Little Flyers and later competing in powerlifting, I understand the demands of pursuing performance at a high level. I am passionate about using sports science, objective data, and advanced clinical care to exceed expectations and help people reach levels they may not have thought possible.
After years of providing care to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and executives, I felt compelled to return to my roots and bring that same elite level of care to the community I grew up in. That vision became Boost Physio & Performance—a company built on the belief that the highest quality of care should be available to everyone, not reserved for a select few.
Throughout my career, I am proud to have cared for people from all walks of life. I have worked with professional athletes and C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies, while also providing healthcare within correctional facilities to individuals who may have gone much of their lives without consistent access to quality care. Those experiences have reinforced why I chose this profession in the first place.
Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find me adventuring with my two Boxers, running, weight training, coaching hockey for Princeton University's D2 club team, or watching hockey and UFC.
I am here to make a positive impact, challenge what healthcare can be, and raise the bar. Boost Physio & Performance is the vehicle that allows me to do so.
