Sports & Human Performance Training

Science-Led Training for Real-World Performance

Our Sports & Human Performance Training service is designed for individuals who want their training guided by objective data, clinical insight, and applied sports science—not trends or generic programs.

Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and fellowship-trained clinician, this service blends high-level performance training with a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury risk, and long-term resilience.

The goal is not just to train harder—but to train smarter, with intent and precision.

Training is grounded in objective performance testing, including:

  • Dynamometry to measure actual force output and identify strength deficits and asymmetries

  • Dual force plates to assess force production, inter-limb symmetry, rate of force development, and plyometric capacity

  • Biomechanical analysis to evaluate movement efficiency, loading strategies, and performance mechanics

  • Periodic re-testing to ensure adaptations are measurable and programming evolves with the athlete

All training takes place in a fully equipped performance gym, where data informs exercise selection, loading strategies, progression, and recovery emphasis.

Programs are individualized and may focus on strength, speed, power, durability, running performance, or return-to-performance readiness depending on the individual’s goals.

This service is ideal for athletes, runners, and active individuals who want more than traditional personal training—those who value measured progress, intelligent programming, and performance that translates to sport and life ahead.
